★7 is personal project I've been wanting to do for a long time; to make a cool magazine where I can fill it with comics, writings, art, and talk about music I like. An art magazine made for and to attract people like me. As I began working on the zine, I realized how this can be an opportunity to connect with local artists while giving friends of mine a chance to showcase their work. I began asking for submissions and actually received some! Alone and with a deadline, I formatted the submissions and experimented on how to present them while also writing and making content myself. I also printed out several copies and distributed them for free at different events.
